At Canadian School, we believe that education goes beyond the classroom and is reflected in the values we nurture in our students every day. With this spirit, we carried out the “Cartitas con Ilusión 2025” campaign in collaboration with DIF Guadalajara, an initiative that allowed our community to transform small wishes into meaningful acts of generosity.
Through this project, children under the care of DIF Guadalajara wrote letters expressing a special wish. Our families, together with their children, adopted these letters with the purpose of giving not only a gift, but also hope, closeness, and the reassurance that they are not alone.
Thanks to the commitment and enthusiasm of our community, we were able to collect 106 gifts, which were delivered through DIF Guadalajara, bringing joy and excitement to those who need it most.
This experience authentically reflected the values that define the Canadian School Way:
- Love, by teaching that giving is also a way of showing care.
- Responsibility & Cooperation, by strengthening our sense of community and teamwork.
- Empathy, by learning to put ourselves in others’ shoes and to serve from the heart.
“Cartitas con Ilusión” was more than a Christmas campaign; it was a life lesson shared as a family, reaffirming our commitment to forming compassionate, socially aware individuals who are engaged with their community.

Cartitas con Ilusión 2025: cuando la generosidad se convierte en aprendizaje
En Canadian School creemos que la educación va más allá del aula y se refleja en los valores que formamos en nuestros estudiantes día a día. Con este espíritu, llevamos a cabo la campaña “Cartitas con Ilusión 2025”, en colaboración con el Sistema DIF Guadalajara, una iniciativa que permitió a nuestra comunidad transformar pequeños deseos en grandes actos de generosidad.
A través de este proyecto, niñas y niños bajo el cuidado del DIF Guadalajara escribieron cartas con un deseo especial. Nuestras familias, junto con sus hijos, adoptaron estas cartitas con el objetivo de regalar no solo un obsequio, sino también esperanza, cercanía y la certeza de que no están solos.
Gracias al compromiso y entusiasmo de nuestra comunidad, logramos reunir 106 regalos, los cuales fueron entregados a través del DIF Guadalajara, llevando alegría e ilusión a quienes más lo necesitan.
Esta experiencia reflejó de manera auténtica los valores que distinguen al Canadian School Way:

- Responsibility & Cooperation, fortaleciendo el sentido de comunidad y el trabajo en equipo.
- Empathy, aprendiendo a ponerse en el lugar del otro y a servir con el corazón.
“Cartitas con Ilusión” fue más que una campaña navideña: fue una lección de vida compartida en familia, que reafirma nuestro compromiso de formar personas conscientes, solidarias y comprometidas con su entorno.
