At Canadian School, we believe that every value has the power to transform the way our students grow and interact with the world. This week, we welcome Responsibility, a value that invites our students to discover that every decision matters, impacting not only themselves but also those around them and their community.
From September 22 to 26, 2025, we will celebrate Responsibility Week, an experience full of activities designed to help our students develop habits that inspire them to be organized, perseverant, and mindful of their actions.
Responsibility is reflected in the small, everyday choices. When a student says, “I am responsible”, they acknowledge that their actions have consequences and that they can always choose to do the right thing. Being responsible also means being proactive: “Be proactive”, taking initiative, staying organized, and confidently saying, “I have a plan”.
In our classrooms, we learn to put first things first, focus on our goals, and understand that “work first, then play” is the key to achieving real success. With every step, our students strengthen the idea that they have the power to choose: “I choose to…”, and that doing so responsibly is what it means to live The Canadian School Way.
Because responsibility is not just about fulfilling obligations—it’s about making conscious decisions that bring us closer to the people we want to become. At Canadian School, we grow together, learn together, and celebrate together the value that inspires us to be the best version of ourselves.
